SHIPPING POLICY

The Little Label Lady will use The Courier Guy to courier all your personalised home organisation goodies.

We offer free shipping for orders over the value of R 1000.

​

Shipping costs are calculated as follows :

 

Gauteng

Shipping cost will be R 95

Products will be delivered within 1-2 business days from the date the products have been couriered. 

​

All other provinces

Shipping cost will be R 135

Products will be delivered within 3-5 business days from the date the products have been couriered depending on the location.

 

The Little Label Lady creates all your labels to order. This can take up to 5 working days.

All orders including labels are custom made so please expect 7-10 business days for your order to be shipped.

Any other orders will be shipped within 2-5 business days. 

 

The Little Label Lady cannot be held responsible for items that have failed to arrive due to incorrect information supplied. If a product has to be couriered again there will be additional courier fees.

 

The Little Label Lady cannot accept responsibility for loss or damages to your package once it leaves our premises.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Thank you for shopping at The Little Label Lady. 

​

We love our products and we think you will too. In the unlikely event that your product arrives and you are not satisfied please email me at eugenie@thelittlelabellady.co.za within 10 business days of receiving the product. Once the product has been assessed, we will refund or provide a replacement.

 

Kindly note the following :

  • Customers are responsible for courier costs for returns

  • We do not assist with refunds or replacements of labels
